Duration
Private markets investments are long-term in nature and we build our teams with professionals who are focused on taking responsibility for investment outcomes over the long run. Accordingly, Partners Group's Analyst Program entails a two- to three-year commitment.
About the program
The program comprises year-long rotations among Partners Group's four asset classes (Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Infrastructure and Private Real Estate) and the Client Solutions team. Analysts will gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various teams across the firm globally and gain hands-on experience through the entire investment process. Analysts will undergo a four-week training program to build the necessary skillsets to be successful before starting their first rotation.

- Regular mentoring from an experienced manager and exposure to senior members of the firm through the course of training and business activities.
The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment in a growing company where your contribution matters. Partners Group is a proudly differentiated private markets firm focused on achieving great results for our clients through intense cross-border collaboration.
