What it's about

 

Partners Group is seeking an Assistant in Zug to join our Capital Markets team. As part of a lean and highly collaborative team, you will play a vital role in enabling senior colleagues across Europe and the US to operate efficiently, stay organized, and remain focused on the highest-value priorities. 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist Senior Leaders in the Capital Markets team (across Europe and the US (withing European working hours) with daily organizational tasks
  • Calendar management of internal and external meetings and (video) calls
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel bookings, using Concur and with an external agency; prepare itinerary and logistics in Outlook
  • Assist with events and offsites organization and coordination 
  • Assist in Business Unit management, incl. business unit goal and KPI tracking and team management tasks
  • Prepare presentation materials and documents for meetings, assemble and print meeting agendas and hand-outs 
  • Process and track monthly expense reports for senior team members with precision
  • Maintain and update data in internal databases and systems 
  • Review, cross-reference, format and assemble power point presentations in accordance with corporate design standards 
  • Handle general administrative duties with efficiency
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary

 

 
What we expect

 

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executive and senior management:
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable number of years' experience (Commercial apprenticeship / 'KV Lehre' with comparable number of years' experience)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new skills related to new applications 
  • Ability to work proactively, handle a large number of tasks while meeting deadlines, and perform well under pressure 
  • Organized with high attention to detail 
  • Professional attitude with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiastic team player contributing to strong administrative support team 
  • Proficient English in writing and speaking
