Intern in Fundraising Team Switzerland (Client Solutions)

In this position, you will be part of the growing Client Solutions team covering the Swiss institutional market (pension funds, family offices, insurers, etc.).
You will make an impact by supporting client acquisition and ongoing servicing across the full range of private markets asset classes and product types.

In your role, your primary tasks will include:
- Supporting client relationship managers in the preparation of client meetings and due diligence sessions, including compiling compelling bespoke marketing presentations and investment proposals, as well as coordinating internal stakeholders
- Creating tailored, insightful, and high-quality responses to client requests and performance updates
- Coordinating and liaising with various teams and specialists across the firm to address client requests
- Producing written market updates and summaries of investment activity
- Coordinating and providing thoughtful and well-justified input for requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Participating in business development initiatives and conducting market research across various client target groups
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the financial services industry, gained through previous internships, as well as a strong academic background.
Key requirements for applicants include:
- Completed undergraduate university degree (or higher) with outstanding academic results
- Previous internship experience in private markets, consulting, M&A, or investment banking
- Strong problem-solving skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a challenging environment
- Confidence and comfort in communicating with teams and individuals across all levels
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as AI tools
- Native German speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills (hard requirement). A good understanding of written and spoken French is a plus
- The start date for this position is February 1, 2027, with an anticipated duration of 6 months
