Partners Group is seeking to hire an AI-native, technology-driven Asset Class Support Professional for our growing Private Infrastructure team, based in our new PG Campus in Zug, Switzerland. In this role, you will work in partnership with the broader Private Infrastructure investment team and Client Solutions professionals to support fundraising campaigns, help to develop bespoke solutions and contribute to driving overall growth within the firm’s suite of Infrastructure products.

You will collaborate with senior team members, investment professionals, and global colleagues to support every aspect of fundraising for our Private Infrastructure Asset Class.

 

This role is ideal for a driven young professional who wants to work across the full fundraising cycle and develop deep expertise in the firm's Private Infrastructure portfolio and products – while pushing the boundaries of how AI can radically elevate productivity, quality and output across all activities. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide comprehensive support to infrastructure asset class experts through detailed client presentations, pitch materials, and product updates, while maintaining and updating the full suite of marketing materials for Infrastructure Direct investments (e.g., pitchbook, detailed track record, investment case studies).
  • Continuously update the internal knowledge base and materials based on developments in the infrastructure portfolio.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis using modern analytics tools and methods.
  • Perform various tasks related to product reporting, internal coordination, and client requests, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate where appropriate.
  • Support preparation of broad client events (e.g., Annual General Meeting, investor conferences, educational seminars), including content development, logistics coordination, and presentation preparation.

 

What we expect

 

  • A truly exceptional AI skill set: hands‑on mastery of advanced AI tools, prompt engineering, automation, and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Excellent academic credentials, with coursework emphasis on Finance/Economics, and/or Engineering demonstrating analytical thinking through relevant coursework and projects.
  • 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier consultancy firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar), with exposure to complex problem-solving, client engagement, and strategic analysis across various industries.
  • A humble and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for private markets coupled with intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals ready to drive tech-enabled efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a mindset to automate and optimize through technology.
