As a Junior Customer Care professional, you will support the delivery of exceptional hospitality services across the Partners Group Zug Campus. Your primary focus will be on providing premium guest service in the VIP Client Dining rooms, supporting lunch operations in the restaurant, assisting with coffee and meeting services, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients and colleagues.
This role is ideal for a service-minded hospitality professional looking for a family-friendly part-time position with attractive working hours.
Working Hours
This position is offered at 50% employment level and can be arranged either as a 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:00 to 16:45. Wednesday free, allowing for an excellent work-life balance) or a 5-day work week (11:00 – 15:30), depending on operational requirements and candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Dining & Guest Services
- Provide professional and personalized guest service in the VIP Client Dining rooms
- Prepare dining rooms and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors
- Support breakfast, lunch, apéro, and coffee service requirements
- Assist with hosting internal and external guests
Restaurant & Hospitality Operations
- Support the Free Flow Restaurant during the lunch service
- Assist with food and beverage service activities
- Ensure service areas are clean, organized, and professionally presented
Coffee & Meeting Services
- Support coffee service for client and internal meetings
- Prepare meeting rooms with required beverages and consumables
- Assist with hospitality requirements for conferences and special meetings
Teakitchen Support
- Provide holiday and absence cover for tea and coffee kitchens
- Refill beverages, coffee supplies, and consumables as required
- Maintain cleanliness and order in tea kitchen areas
Events & General Support
- Support the Customer Care team during internal and client events
- Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown
- Carry out general cleaning, tidying, and organizational tasks
- Contribute to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences across the campus
- Professional experience or training in hospitality, restaurant service, catering, or a related service industry
- Experience in guest-facing roles is an advantage
- Good German and English language skills
- Confident verbal communication with guests and colleagues
- Professional appearance and excellent manners
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to work within a team
