Partners Group is searching for a Junior Product Manager to join our Private Wealth Product Management team in Zug. The Product Management team is responsible for leading, coordinating and enabling a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of various investment programs: driving timely and seamless launches, monitoring and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction both with clients and service providers and taking the lead in the management of fund restructurings. The successful candidate will be working within the Product Management team in Zug, which is responsible for a wide range of Private Wealth investment programs across multiple jurisdictions.
You will be part of the Product Management team with the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the lifecycle and ongoing maintenance of assigned products
- Actively participate in timely and seamless launch of funds and restructurings in close collaboration with senior team members, sales, structuring, operational teams and external service providers
- Establish a proficient level of knowledge and understanding of private markets, product structures as well as processes, roles, systems and responsibilities relevant to Product Management
- Proactively interact with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues and help implement robust solutions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and act as partner for sales in finding solutions for clients while representing operational capabilities assertively
- Participate in team-relevant projects and contribute to business unit-relevant projects
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent, with demonstrated academic excellence
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience in asset management or private markets
- Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to generate significant impact through effective teamwork and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with adaptability to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Previous private markets and wealth management experience is a plus
