Receptionist/ Front Desk Professional

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Receptionist to join our headquarters in Zug and represent the firm as one of the first points of contact for clients, visitors, employees, and external partners. In this highly visible role, you will help create a professional, welcoming, and seamless front-of-house experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong corporate reception or premium hospitality experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome clients, visitors, employees, and external service providers in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
- Manage the switchboard and ensure incoming calls are handled efficiently, accurately, and routed to the appropriate internal contacts
- Support building access control processes, including visitor registration and coordination of visitor parking
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including international parcel shipments and occasional customs-related administration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reception-related processes, projects, and service standards
- Support internal events, other teams, and the Customer Care team in daily operations, including occasional assignments outside regular office hours
- Carry out administrative tasks, light housekeeping duties in the reception area, and stock management, including monitoring and replenishing materials
- Demonstrated experience in a professional reception, front desk, corporate services, or premium hospitality environment
- A polished, service-oriented presence with excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to represent the firm professionally
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact discreetly and respectfully with clients, visitors, colleagues, and external partners
- Reliable, proactive, flexible, and resilient working style, with the ability to stay calm and organized in busy or time-sensitive situations
- A collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently and take ownership of daily responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service
- Good MS Office skills and excellent language skills in German and English (mandatory)
