Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in delivering our ambitious talent acquisition goals, supporting continued organizational growth and driving innovation in our hiring approach
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft compelling, inclusive job advertisements
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct interviews both in person and via video conferencing
- Own the end-to-end offer process, including compensation benchmarking, internal pay equity assessment, offer structuring, collaborating with the Compensation team as needed to finalize and extend offers
- Ensure all candidates experience a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and engagement throughout the process
- Oversee coordination and administrative activities with strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Drive a range of talent acquisition initiatives, including enhancements to recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as continuous improvement of the hiring process and candidate experience
- 5–7 years of proven recruitment experience, either in-house and/or within a specialist recruitment agency, with exposure to mid- to senior-level hiring
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including offer management, compensation discussions, benchmarking, and negotiation (in collaboration with Compensation teams where relevant)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels, both verbally and in writing
- Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and collaborative environment, with a strong commitment to excellence, ownership, sound judgement, and a hands-on, impact-driven mindset
- Ability to build trusted relationships quickly with both internal stakeholders and external candidates, and to navigate complex hiring discussions with confidence and composure
- Technologically proficient, ideally with SuccessFactors
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage
