What it's about

Partners Group's Summer Associate Program is an opportunity for early-stage professionals with top credentials to embark on a long-term and challenging career with a world-leading private markets manager. We are committed to building a team with diverse perspectives and experiences and welcome applicants from all backgrounds to our Summer Associate Program. We are looking for outstanding candidates who will thrive and become active members in our entrepreneurial organization. Summer Associates will work on one of our investment teams (Private Equity, Private Infrastructure, Private Credit, or Private Real Estate) to gain immediate exposure to senior leaders and decision makers.

Throughout the internship, Summer Associates will work with investment leaders to independently develop investment recommendations for presentation to Investment Committee. Summer Associates are expected to take ownership of one or more workstreams related to investment diligence, underwriting, and/or portfolio company value creation initiatives. In addition to day-to-day investment work and portfolio company work, Summer Associates are to submit a capstone deliverable consisting of a prospective investment memorandum in support of Partners Group's thematic sourcing efforts.
