Cash Manager

What it's about

For this newly created position, we are looking for a person to help build our Cash Management team in the United States.  This team is responsible for managing the liquidity of Partners Group's investment funds and vehicles across our private markets platform.  Your tasks will include:

 

  • Leading the funding process when Partners Group acquires new investments in the US.  This work is done in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the daily liquidity management of the firm's fund platform.  This includes FX trades, instructing wires, coordinating investor drawdowns & distributions, and managing loans.
  • Contributing to projects and team initiatives to further build the business.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for US banks and actively managing those partnerships.
  • Growing into the role of a signatory for the fund platform's bank accounts.
  • Becoming the go-to person for cash management-related queries in the US time zone.
What we expect
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2-5 years of relevant work experience in treasury, finance, or banking.
  • Excellent analytical skills and Excel expertise.
  • Good collaboration skills and able to maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive mindset.
  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $80K - $95K and typically a significant performance-based bonus.
