As a Cash Manager (Credit), you will be part of the Fund Liquidity Management team dedicated to supporting the US Credit business. In this role, you will take full ownership of the credit funding process, working closely with the investment team, loan administrative agents, and banking partners to ensure accurate and timely execution of fundings and cash movements.
You will sit within the Cash Management team to ensure appropriate system access, visibility, and execution capabilities, while maintaining close alignment with the Credit team to support funding timelines and sponsor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the credit funding process, including new investments, delayed draw term loans (DDTL), and revolving credit facility (RCF) draws
- Act as the primary point of contact between the investment team, loan administrative agents, and banking counterparties
- Proactively monitor DDTL and RCF activity and initiate fundings on behalf of the investment team
- Manage internal and external communication before, during, and after funding events
- Execute cash movements, including external wires and inter-fund transfers
- Prepare and manage liquidity ahead of funding events, including issuing capital calls, entering FX trades, and drawing loans.
- Reconcile cash balances and unfunded commitments across accounts
- Maintain ongoing communication with banking partners and key stakeholders
- Provide backup support to the credit closing team, including learning and following internal closing procedures
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or banking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Solid Excel skills and financial acumen
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions and cash movements
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Additional Considerations
- Role is based in Denver, CO and aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours (e.g., 9:00am–5:00pm ET or 7:00am–3:00pm MT in Denver)
- Close alignment with the Credit team, including potential dotted-line reporting structure

Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $100,000 - 110,000, and a performance-based bonus are additional parts of the total compensation package.
