What it's about

You will support Partners Group's investment professionals in the tracking, monitoring, and operation of acquisition structures (Special Purpose Vehicles "SPVs") in respect of private equity, private real estate and private infrastructure investments. Your main responsibility will be to coordinate workflows with internal and external parties, ensuring fulfillment of all regulatory obligations and filings, and monitoring and maintenance of corporate governance documentation.

The ideal candidate will a strong accounting, tax, or para-legal background and have demonstrated capabilities in managing the administrative function of the SPVs.

  • Supervise external third parties, including their global offices, to ensure that all operational, regulatory and/or tax filings on a global basis have been completed and submitted by their respective deadlines for all Partners Group SPVs
  • Oversee corporate secretarial functions, including meetings of shareholders & board of directors, coordination of proxies, and review of minutes of meetings
  • Manage relationship with relevant stakeholders and counterparties (e.g. AIFM, auditor, board members, notaries, lawyers, and authorities)
  • Regular review of SPV governance, including analysis of capitalization table and account reconciliations
  • Provide operational support to the Investment and Transaction specialists during operational events (e.g.  distribution process)
  • Work with advisors to stay up-to-date on regulatory topics and be a SPV knowledge center
  • Establish and drive process improvement efforts

 

What we expect
  • Top academic credentials in business administration, finance and/or law;
  • 2-3 years of experience in a trust and company administrator firm, paralegal
  • Transaction experience or similar would be a strong plus.
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in English; and
  • Clear career vision: understanding of the firm’s business and industry
