Client Relationship Operations Support Professional

What it's about

This is an opportunity to join a team servicing a market leading, $6.5B Private Markets fund. In this position, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client relationships by supporting our team across operations and marketing efforts. In addition, you will be working closely with the fund administrator to ensure a smooth client experience. We are looking for someone who is detail and process oriented to help us achieve our ambitious initiatives. 



  • Addressing client service needs, including product information requests and distribution of offering documentation
  • Assisting clients and financial advisors with operational fund inquiries
  • Working closely with clients and fund's administrator to coordinate fund closing, redemption and transfer processes
  • Assisting with year-end audit process and quarterly reports to Fund Board of Managers
  • Preparing other internal and external reporting as needed
  • Updating existing and creating new marketing materials including pitch book and white papers as needed
  • Maintaining data integrity within internal relationship management systems
  • Collaborating with internal teams including product management, investment teams, legal and compliance
  • Conducting market research on competitor products and offerings
  • Solving complex client issues and maintaining a level of excellent client service
What we expect
  • BA/BS in finance, business, economics, communications, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial services, marketing, operations, fund administration, or related industry
  • Superior organizational, written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial, professional, proactive and motivated personality
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and be able to handle different constituencies across the firm
  • Ambition and willingness to obtain FINRA qualifications Series 7/Series 6

  • Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is $60,000 - 70,000 and a performance-based bonus are part of the total compensation package
