Senior Accountant

What it's about
Full accounting responsibility for multiple Group entities to include (but not limited to) the following:
- High volume journal entries using S4/HANA (SAP cloud solution)
- Managing accounts payable in conjunction with shared services team
- Processing of vendor payments
- Maintenance of fixed asset schedules including additions, disposals, and depreciation
- Monthly accrual entries and reversals
- Bank Account Management, and weekly cash forecast
- Bi-monthly payroll journal entries
- Monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts
- P&L flux analysis including explanations for variances
- Financial statement preparation including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flows and Statement of Stockholders Equity
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-6 years' accounting experience
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities change very quickly
- Open and honest communication. Ability to accept and adapt to critical feedback
- Looking for someone who takes an analytical approach to accounting and can quickly identify areas that need attention
- Experience within a multi-entity, multi-national work environment (preferred)
- Public accounting experience (desired)
- Previous experience with US GAAP

- Partners Group compensation has a long-term outlook and philosophy, and our total compensation emphasizes performance based long term incentives. Base pay range for this role is between $112,000 - $128,000 and a performance-based bonus.
