Team Assistant - Client Solutions UK - 6 months contract

What it's about

In this position you will be part of the client solutions team for the UK. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Organisation, preparation and follow-up of client meetings
  • Organisation of team events and internal team meetings including taking minutes
  • Organisation and coordination of in-house due diligence meetings
  • Continuous maintenance of client information through our CRM tool (Siebel)
  • Preparation of presentations material for marketing purposes
  • Printing and binding of presentations / hand-outs for meetings
  • Processing expenses for sales professionals
  • General administrative duties (telephone service, mailings, preparation of individual letters)
  • Execution and filing of legal agreements

What we expect

For this challenging position we are looking for a reliable, service oriented, committed and entrepreneurial person. Ideally you have completed a commercial education in the financial industry and have gathered initial work experience in a similar environment.
Furthermore you have good English skills (written & oral) and possess profound knowledge of MS Office. You are an organizational talent who is able to work to tight deadlines in a challenging and fast-paced environment. If, in addition to the above, you have a pro-active and a precise working style, then you may well be the person that we are looking for.
