Content Expert (6 months contract)

What it's about

 

The Content Expert will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of reporting, editorial content, and marketing collateral. This includes client reporting, pitchbooks, commercial sections in Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), investor letters, product update presentations, and materials for due diligence events. The successful candidate will ensure our messaging is consistent and effectively positions us in the marketplace.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce periodic client reporting and handle ad-hoc reporting-related questions from investors.
  • Oversee and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client requests related to assigned private wealth-focused (Evergreen) investment programs.
  • Update pitch books and populate update presentation templates, increasingly utilizing AI tools.
  • Prepare compelling content for client publications and events, such as investor calls and due diligence days.
  • Collaborate with the client relationship team to develop educational materials.
  • Lead projects that support the development and growth of the marketing team.

 

What we expect

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in reporting, RFP management, content creation, marketing, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and private wealth management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
