Finance Continuous Improvement Manager

What it's about
The Senior Transformation Manager drives the realization of initiatives within the finance organization related to the 'Accelerate Together' transformation program. The Senior Transformation Manager / Continuous Improvement Manager works closely with the Head of Group Finance, Head of Group Reporting and the Head of Finance Services in overseeing improvement projects, implementing lean initiatives and coaching the team in realizing benefits from lean practices.
Your responsibilities
- Drive improvement projects ensuring best practice and operational excellence culture
- Identify and deliver on E2E process maturity improvements aligned with the process community by applying Lean methods
- Coach leaders and teams to develop their knowledge and capability to use Lean in their own areas; lead and coach the community of ‘LEAN Ambassadors’ in maintaining and developing their skills
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and oversee benefit realization and performance improvement
- Aggregate and report on the overall progress of the transformation program
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in accounting, business administration or engineering
- Lean expert; Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus
- Proven track record in applying lean methodologies, such as DMAIC, VSM, KAIZEN, etc.
- Experience within financial/business services environment and finance organization
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver, entrepreneurial mindset; analytical and structured thinker
- Self-starter; independent working style
