Responsibilities

· Primarily responsible for the daily processing of employees' expense reports globally using Concur, SAP and TIS in an accurate and timely manner for various international offices

· Has an advanced understanding of which parties bear what type of costs (i.e. rechargeable vs. non-rechargeable, rechargeable to products vs. investments)

· Has an advanced understanding of the chart of accounts, cost centers and project codes

· Monitors timely approval of invoices and execution of payment

· Reviewing the work of junior team members

· Be a strong deputy to the Expenses Team Head

· Handling queries from employees

· Assist with quarter-end group reporting and year-end audit

· Ad-hoc finance and administrative duties

· Responsible for Group Finance projects as assigned by the BU Head or Cell Leader

· Contribute to improvement of processes to drive efficiency and accuracy

What we expect

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting professional qualifications and has already gained at least 6-9 years of experience in a similar position. CPA and knowledge in Concur is an advantage.

For this challenging position, we are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual with good analytical skills and ability to pay excellent attention to detail, adhere to strict deadlines and can exercise professional judgment when processing one-off, unusual or complex transactions. Furthermore, the candidate should have an accurate, diligent and independent working style and a strong desire to learn and succeed. Strong inter-personal and English communication skills are required as well as MS-Office knowledge. Experience in a shared services environment and using ERP systems is a must.
