The Partners Group Financial Analyst Program is a unique opportunity for candidates with top credentials to launch an exciting and challenging career as an investment professional with a world-leading private markets investment firm.

  • The program will allow Analysts to experience year-long rotations among a subset of Partner Group's asset classes – Private Equity and Private Infrastructure.
  • Analysts will gain valuable exposure working in collaboration with various teams across the firm globally and gain hands-on experience through the entire investment process.
  • Analysts will go through a formal 4-week training program to build the necessary skillsets to be successful.
  • Successful candidates will be required to complete a 2-year commitment in the program and will gain the financial and analytical skills required to continue a career in private markets investing and fundraising.
  • Upon completion of at least 2 rotations, analysts are eligible to be placed on a team for full-time employment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and run sophisticated financial models and valuation exercises
  • Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee papers
  • Closely support qualitative and quantitative transaction due diligence workstreams (including financial, commercial, legal, tax diligences)
  • Various tasks relating to monitoring investments, portfolio management, market research and marketing efforts

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in top-tier private equity, investment banking or management consulting with familiarity in financial modelling and valuations
