What it's about


In this position, you will lead the Office Management team, responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will:

  • Support the successful running of our New York office
  • Be responsible for overseeing a growing office of 85 employees and working with office leadership to implement strategy and the vision of the company
  • Manage a small team, and a variety of third party vendors, including food/beverage, stationary and office supplies, and building management/property landlords, etc.
  • Ensure best practice, exceptional service delivery
  • Supervise the maintenance of office equipment and any inventory
  • Work with internal departments on office moves and new hire onboarding efforts
  • Assist and participate in ad hoc activities and special projects with various departments
What we expect

The successful person for this role should have the following:

  • At least 5 years work experience in similar position, operating to deliver a high level of service to a growing company
  • Office expansion or relocation project management experience a plus
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • A self-driven, reliable, well organized person, able to manage and complete tasks with a sense of urgency and care within demanding timelines
  • Professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer service, and a high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the role
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Proficient in MS Office
