What it's about

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented leader to head our Recharging function and oversee the complete, accurate, and timely allocation of costs to funds and clients globally.

As Head of Recharging, you will lead the Recharging team, strengthen processes and controls, and help ensure high-quality cost allocation outcomes across a range of fund and investment structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Recharging function and align team priorities to evolving needs in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented cost allocation and invoicing across funds and clients globally.
  • Interpret legal agreements and fund documentation to support correct and consistent cost allocation outcomes.
  • Strengthen processes, controls, governance, and data quality across the function.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders on tool enhancements, system changes, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and review internal papers and committee materials on allocation methodologies, policy updates, and related topics.
  • Coach, develop, and manage team members while promoting innovation and efficient ways of working, including the use of AI.
 
What we expect
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience in recharging, cost allocation, fund finance, finance operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading teams and developing people.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, investment vehicles, and cost allocation principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound judgement, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and locations.
  • Comfortable with AI and innovation, with the ability to identify and apply AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Experience in an international environment and/or audit background is a plus.
