What it's about

Partners Group is searching for a Product Launch and Onboarding Manager to join our Product Management team in Singapore. The team is responsible for leading, coordinating and enabling a variety of activities throughout the lifecycle of our investment programs: driving timely and seamless launches, monitoring and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction with both clients and service providers, and taking the lead on fund launches, restructurings and wind-downs.

You will work within the Singapore Product Management team, which oversees a wide range of investment programs – from our flagship private market funds to bespoke separately managed accounts (SMAs) and evergreen funds across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Takes full ownership of product lifecycle management and operation of existing products 
  • Coordinates and leads standard product launch and restructuring projects, often in close collaboration with senior colleagues, while effectively managing stakeholder relationships 
  • Maintain a clear understanding of private markets and fund structures, as well as the processes, roles, systems and responsibilities across the firm
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to assess satisfaction, identify issues, and independently implement robust solutions
  • Resolve operational issues spanning several teams, finding win-win solutions through collaborative engagement with stakeholders
  • Act as a partner to sales in finding solutions for clients, while representing the firm’s operational capabilities
  • Lead team-relevant projects and contribute to business-unit-relevant projects
 
What we expect
  • University degree or equivalent, with an emphasis on business administration, finance or economics
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of professional experience in banking, asset management or private markets
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of investment fund products end-to-end
  • Know-how in the launch, onboarding, implementation and operational set-up of innovative fund and investment structures is a plus
  • Independent and self-directed, able to manage effectively and complete complex operating tasks under demanding timelines and competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work with others and generate impact in a team environment – willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences
