This position offers broad exposure to a variety of regulatory frameworks and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders such as service providers and auditors. Internal job title: Senior Reporting Controller

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and oversee regulatory reports – including expense transparency (e.g., PRIIPs, MiFID II, TER-OAK) and sustainability-related disclosures (e.g., SFDR, EU Taxonomy) – ensuring accuracy and timeliness across reporting cycles. This includes direct preparation of reports and bespoke analyses, as well as critical oversight and sign-off of reports produced by external service providers.
  • Drive process design and implementation efforts by collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to develop tools and workflows that enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
  • Support the team's subject matter experts on a portfolio of regulatory topics and initiatives, for example with analyses on regulatory developments, industry standards, and client expectations to proactively assess the impact on reporting frameworks.
  • Contribute to broader process, system, and control improvement projects as well as other business department or company-wide initiatives and fundraising efforts.

What we expect
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study.
  • 4-8 years of experience in financial services, ideally in alternative investments or regulatory reporting in the fund industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in project-based work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Flair for data management and systems, with a passion for working with large datasets and implementing solutions with a developer team.
  • Prior exposure to programming (SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, curious and agile mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Proficiency in English required.
