Junior Client Relationship Support Professional (Graduate role)

What it's about

Off the back of growth in the Sydney based client solutions team, an opportunity has arisen for a newly created support role. This role will ultimately support the Retail Sales Team whilst forming part of the broader Partners Group Australia Client Solutions Team.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop your knowledge of private markets and Partners Group's products and investment strategies across all asset classes
  • Work collaboratively with Partners Group's internal teams – specifically, sales and support team members, investment professionals and product management to facilitate timely responses to business partners and client requests such as RFPs, due diligence questionnaires / reviews and meetings
  • Conduct various data related tasks to meet the requirements of clients and business partners whilst also assisting with regular and adhoc administration tasks that arise
  • Support retail sales team members with ongoing client meeting follow-up
  • Contribute to the strategic development and execution of the Australian Retail Sales team business plan
What we expect
  • A recent university graduate from a finance related discipline
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Keen interest in global financial markets and alternative investments
  • Demonstrated team player willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to prioritize
