What it's about

 

As a Service Provider Associate/Specialist (Technology), you will act as the Technology counterpart to the Global SPM function, focusing on execution, coordination, and end-to-end visibility of Service Provider onboarding and lifecycle activities.

You will work closely with Technology Service Business Owners (SBOs) to ensure Service Providers are onboarded efficiently, all required steps are completed, and activities across contracts, risk, and financial processes are properly connected. You will also support compliance with regulatory requirements (including DORA) and ensure Service Providers meet internal standards.

This role is hands-on and operational, with strong focus on process execution, stakeholder coordination, and governance adherence.

 

Your tasks will include

Service Provider Lifecycle Support (Technology Focus)

  • Support Technology SBOs in onboarding, managing, and offboarding Service Providers
  • Guide stakeholders through required SPM steps and ensure correct process flow
  • Track progress, highlight blockers, and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities
  • Ensure all required deliverables (contracts, risk assessments, system updates) are completed end-to-end

SPM Process Execution & Coordination

  • Act as the Technology-side coordinator across SPM activities (onboarding, contracts, risk, finance)
  • Ensure alignment between Technology teams and Global SPM governance standards
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Risk, Legal, and Finance to complete required steps
  • Maintain consistency and data quality across systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB, contract repository)

Third-Party Risk & Regulatory Support

  • Support execution of DORA-aligned third-party risk management processes
  • Coordinate collection of vendor information required for regulatory compliance
  • Assist SBOs in fulfilling Technology regulatory and internal requirements
  • Maintain documentation required for audits and track remediation actions

Contract & Financial Administration

  • Support PO creation, invoice validation, and accrual inputs in coordination with Finance
  • Track contract renewals, licenses, and key milestones and notify stakeholders proactively

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Act as a single point of coordination for vendor-related requests within Technology
  • Connect SBOs with Global SPM and other support functions when needed
  • Provide visibility through simple tracking, reporting, and dashboards

 

 
What we expect

 

  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor management operations, procurement support, ITSM, or risk/compliance
  • Understanding of contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and IT service delivery concepts (ITIL is a plus)
  • Exposure to third-party risk management processes preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (e.g., DORA) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in parallel
  • Good communication skills; able to work with both technical and business teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
