What it's about

 

The Platform Operations Professional is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of activities within the Platform Operations service catalogue. This role supports efficient delivery across fund administration and investment operations, while building good understanding and expertise in fund structures, systems, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execute assigned Platform Operations tasks independently, including fund administration, investment documentation, and system updates.
  • Handle high volume work (i.e. transactions that require processing and signing over a short period of time).
  • Deliver high-quality, timely, and accurate output with minimal supervision.
  • Follow established procedures and controls to ensure operational excellence and compliance with deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Build subject matter knowledge in fund structures, AML/KYC frameworks, and investment operations systems.
  • Support low to moderate complexity operational activities and escalate issues proactively where needed.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken language. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to manage progress, expectations, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, cross-functional projects, and process improvement efforts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of system interdependencies and the wider operating model to enhance service delivery.

 

 
What we expect

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Typically 2–4 years of administrative or operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, proactive and can manage multiple tasks.
  • Good organization, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently follow defined workflows, procedures, and control frameworks
  • Interest in developing expertise in fund administration, private markets, AML/KYC, and investment operations.
