What it's about

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide HR initiatives across multiple regions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR transformation, HR process improvement, HR technology implementation, and service delivery model redesign. This role will partner closely with HR leaders, HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Digital HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver strategic projects that improve efficiency, employee experience, governance, and scalability across the HR function. The ideal candidate combines strong project and program management capabilities with practical experience across HR processes, operating models, and HR technology platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project & Program Leadership 
• Lead global and multi-regional HR transformation initiatives from planning through implementation and stabilization. 
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive reporting. 
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Digital HR, Shared Services, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and external implementation partners. 
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models. 

 

HR Process Improvement 
• Assess and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, employee experience, compliance, and scalability. 
• Identify automation opportunities and eliminate non-value-added activities. 
• Facilitate process mapping, future-state design workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Develop implementation of roadmaps and business cases for transformation initiatives. 

 

HR Technology & Digital HR Projects 
• Lead HRIS and HR technology implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects. 
• Act as the business project lead between HR stakeholders and technical teams. 
• Support requirements gathering, process design, testing, change management, deployment, and hypercare activities. 
• Ensure technology solutions align with HR operating model objectives and business 
requirements.

 

Service Delivery & Operating Model Transformation 
• Support HR Shared Services and HR service delivery model initiatives. 
• Lead projects involving centralization, standardization, workflow optimization, and 
operating model transformation. 
• Drive improvements in case management, ticketing, escalation management, and service performance. 

 

Stakeholder & Change Management 
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders globally. 
• Prepare executive-level status updates, steering committee materials, and decision papers. 
• Drive organizational change activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. 
• Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple project workstreams. 

 

 
What we expect

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project
  • Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing large-scale HR projects and 
    transformation programs.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives across 
    multiple countries and regions.
  • Strong experience in one or more of the following:  
    o HR process improvement and optimization 
    o HR operating model transformation 
    o Shared Services implementation 
    o HR service delivery transformation 
    o HRIS implementation or enhancement projects 
    o Digital HR initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional global project teams.
  • Strong project management methodology knowledge (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including familiarity with modules such as:  
    o Employee Central 
    o Recruiting 
    o Onboarding 
    o Performance & Goals 
    o Compensation 
    o Learning 
    o Time Off
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), case management, ticketing, workflow automation, or Employee Center implementations.
  • Experience working with HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Business
  • Partnering, Talent Management, Payroll, Mobility, or Employee Lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with global consulting firms or large-scale transformation programs.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
