Senior ITSM Solution Engineer

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to deliver and enhance enterprise workflow solutions that improve user experience, streamline operations, and support business objectives. The role combines deep ServiceNow expertise with AI-driven innovation, helping transform ideas and requirements into scalable digital solutions. As a senior technical contributor, you will drive platform evolution, uphold engineering standards, and mentor team members while promoting continuous improvement.
Productivity and Quality
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across platform capabilities including, but not limited to, ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, Obligation Management, Employee Center, custom applications and integrations, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and best practices.
- Identify, design, and implement innovative AI use cases across the ServiceNow platform using Now Assist and other AI models to improve service delivery, automate workflows, and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades, including release planning, impact assessments, testing coordination, deployment, and post-upgrade validation.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform root cause analysis for application and integration defects.
- Participate in demand intake, solution estimation, technical feasibility assessments, and implementation planning.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, configuration standards, and support procedures.
- Provide technical oversight through design and code reviews, mentoring fellow developers and promoting ServiceNow development standards across the team.
Compliance
- Timely complete all compliance obligations and trainings, including relevant professional certification if applicable
- Thoroughly understand and guide team members on the compliance, security and operational responsibilities in your area of work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and platform engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI, automation, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow development skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
