Junior Key Account Manager/ Asset Class Support Professional (Zug or London)

What it's about

In this position you will work together with the Client Solutions Team and Global Asset Class experts as a junior key account manager focusing on the Private Debt asset class. You will work closely with the Private Debt investment and portfolio management teams as well as the Special Situations team to help service key accounts. You will be responsible for data management, analysis and reporting.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build-up in-depth knowledge about our global private debt investments, as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis of our global private debt track record and portfolios to answer key account client requests
  • Support of the client solution team and Global Asset Class experts in updating large sophisticated clients on portfolio development, new investments, investment landscape and help running co-investment processes with key accounts clients etc.
  • Creation of ad-hoc marketing materials and reporting for large sophisticated key account clients
  • Development and maintenance of a detailed database on individual investments, as well as tracking of investment activity and portfolios
  • Automation of data and information collection, processing and reporting
  • Coordination with different teams internally to gather data
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks related to product reporting, internal and key account client requests
  • Continuously update competitor landscape and bring forward ideas on how to improve our key account client service in the Private Debt practice

What we expect

Excellent academic credentials, with coursework emphasis on Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, and/or Engineering

  • 1-3 years of work experience in relationship management, client reporting, audit and/or RFP writing
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Thorough knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, Python, etc. would be an advantage
  • Self-starter and a humble and enthusiastic individual with a passion for private markets
  • An understanding of fixed income and/or private debt markets and prior industry experience would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent level of business English – both written and verbal
  • German, French language skills would be an advantage
