What it's about

Based in Zug, Switzerland, you will directly work with the senior leadership team of the Private Real Estate Department Head and support on various projects and initiatives aiming at ensuring business and operational success of the Real Estate department and Partners Group.


Key activities:

  • Drive strategic and operational projects for the Real Estate Business Department;
  • Plan, prepare and coordinate analyses and memoranda for e.g. the Executive Committee, the Board, Strategy Committee, and senior management;
  • Together with the Business Department Heads and internal stakeholders, drive the long term business plan for the Real Estate Business Department, which involves tasks such as hiring planning, fundraising prognoses, AuM development, etc.
  • Track business department and unit goals on a recurring basis; communicate milestone achievements and regularly report to executive bodies;
  • Prepare the annual investment outlook for Real Estate with the input from e.g. regional Business Unit heads and Asset Management;
  • Support fundraising efforts together with the Direct Sales team by supporting with ad hoc requests, preparing the Annual General Meeting presentation(s), fundraising prognoses, and miscellaneous marketing-related tasks;
  • Coordinate local, regional and global Business Department offsites.
What we expect
  • Top academic credentials with a coursework emphasis on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years' of working experience, preferably within real estate/private equity/asset management/investment banking, or consulting;
  • Project management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive mind-set and detail oriented;
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Proficiency in English.
