Client Relationship Support Professional

What it's about

In this position, you will be part of the distribution partners and liquid private markets team spanning across Switzerland, UK and Singapore. Amid strong growth in this client segment, the team in Zug (CH) is expanding and looking for support in client acquisition and maintenance.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting client relationship managers with strategic distribution projects across open-ended and closed-ended funds as well as in day-to-day tasks
  • Creating tailored, persuasive and high-quality marketing materials and responses to client requests, assisting with queries, and performance updates.
  • Become a point of contact for external clients and internal stakeholders requiring strong collaboration with Partners Group internal teams
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
  • Become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
  • Building professional and technical knowledge with a view to potentially independently cover clients with fundraising targets in the mid- to long-term
What we expect

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, ideally gained within either private equity, asset or fund management.

 

Key attributes will include:

  • University degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Ideally experience in sales, product management, private banking, consulting or investment banking
  • Excellent skills in both spoken and written German and English
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
