Based at our global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, you’ll be responsible for further developing and executing the human capital agenda for our investment functions across all asset classes in Europe. Reporting to the European HR Lead, you'll have senior executive level exposure and will be part of a team that designs and drives human capital initiatives for the global group. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: 


•    acting as a trusted business partner to the leadership team in your assigned business units
•    driving the human capital agenda along the employee life-cycle and managing talent and performance management, staff planning, resourcing and retention
•    working with the European recruitment team and actively leading search processes for senior investment professionals
•    being responsible for core HR processes, their delivery and policy adherence in your assigned business units
•    managing employee relations
•    leading and contributing to various regional and global corporate and HR projects

What we expect

You’re an experienced HR business partner who is committed to excellence and thrives in a diverse, fast-paced and interna-tional work environment. You are resilient, business-savvy and keen to make an impact. What we expect: 

•    approximately 4-6 years relevant work experience  as HR business partner working with and advising senior internal clients, ideally for a comparable, global financial services company
•    advanced degree (University/University of Applied Sciences)
•    strong and proven business acumen, ideally in financial or professional services industry
•    in-depth know how in respect to all human resources core topics (recruitment, performance, development, reward, reporting, policies and procedures, operational excellence etc.)
•    energetic, hands-on and with a 'can do' attitude,  effective work style with great attention to details
•    ability to act as solution-oriented driver under all circumstances and to set priorities in a fast-paced work environment
•    strong communicator, proficiency in English and German as well as the capability to communicate to a wide range of stakeholders
