What it's about

This role is part of the Private Infrastructure team of Partners Group. We apply a value-add investment framework across the Energy, Transportation, TMT and Social infrastructure sectors.

Your tasks will include:

Contributions across the full investment cycle (origination, execution, asset management, exits and fundraising)
Own and run financial models, valuation analysis, scenario modelling
Support on due diligence streams for prospective investments
Support in the preparation of investment memoranda for Partners Group's Investment Committee meetings
Support investment teams in the monitoring of existing investments and implementation of value creation plans alongside management
Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, internal requests, and marketing efforts

For this challenging position, we are looking for a self-starter that works well in an entrepreneurial and high energy environment. We also seek a candidate with strong communication skills, that can confidently engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have the following profile:

At least 1-3 years of relevant corporate finance experience such as Principal Investing, Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate M&A
Experience in infrastructure markets is a plus
Top academic credentials (Master’s/MBA/CFA preferred)
Financial modelling skills required; proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical, inter-personal and written communication skills
Team player with a strong desire to learn and succeed
Proactive mindset on assignments / projects that demonstrate initiative
Strong work ethic
