Talent & Development Specialist- (10 Months Maternity Cover)

What it's about
We are seeking a 10-month temporary assignment (maternity cover) for our global Talent & Development team based in Zug, Switzerland. You will report directly to Global Head Talent & Development.
Key ownership lies in creating an effective, memorable and progressive learning experience, developing training offering, centrally administering global training activities and supporting talent & development related projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, well versed in administering training offering, interested in financial services industry, excellent in stakeholder management, and technically savvy, to work in a close knit and motivated team to achieve our ambitious, firm-wide initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Centralize and coordinate the logistics and delivery of global, high-profile, complex learning solutions
- Select and manage vendors and third party service providers of educational tools
- Independently manage such Learning projects and ensure successful delivery
- Administer classroom training through our LMS (SAP) and oversight course creation, uploading documents/links, testing, participant invites, reporting and ongoing global LMS administration
- Monitor training participant satisfaction, and learning solution impact, with robust reporting; develop improvement recommendations and stakeholder communication
- Participate in talent management projects around talent reviews, succession planning, talent pools and targeted development plans.
- Support the redesign, upgrade, implementation and alignment of new or existing Mentoring and Coaching programs
- Contribute to the scalable onboarding program to drive consistency throughout the firm

Further key requirements include
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and additional certification is highly desirable
- At least five years of experience in Learning and Development, managing complex learning solutions
- Technically savvy, proficient in Excel and Power Point. Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is a plus
- Excellent analytical-conceptual skills, strong thought leadership and story-lining capabilities, structured and results-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and interpersonal communication skills able to engage and work with diverse stakeholders across all levels of seniority and deliver targeted high quality products
- Ability to complete high-quality, impactful work with a high degree of attention to detail
- A self-directed and independent person, able to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines, and willing to take charge and be accountable for areas of responsibility
