About the program
The Partners Group PMOD program is a highly selective and comprehensive leadership development opportunity designed for recent MBA graduates or experienced professionals seeking to accelerate their careers in a private equity-backed portfolio company.
Through PMOD, participants will develop essential skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, executive communication, and operations management, as well as gain valuable insights into private markets best practices. The program also provides excellent networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with like-minded professionals and experienced senior executives. Upon completing the program, participants will be well-equipped to take on transformational leadership roles within portfolio companies with confidence.
What the Program offers
Our goal is to help portfolio companies identify and cultivate the next generation of outstanding leaders, including by introducing high potential candidates to challenging roles within Partners Group's portfolio of companies. We are looking for individuals who embody the following qualities to apply to the program, and be considered for employment by a Partners Group portfolio company:
