The Partners Group PMOD program is a highly selective and comprehensive leadership development opportunity designed for recent MBA graduates or experienced professionals seeking to accelerate their careers in a private equity-backed portfolio company.

About the program

Through PMOD, participants will develop essential skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, executive communication, and operations management, as well as gain valuable insights into private markets best practices.
