The Partners Group PMOD program is a highly selective and comprehensive leadership development opportunity designed for recent MBA graduates or experienced professionals seeking to accelerate their careers in a private equity-backed portfolio company.

Duration

Private markets investments are long-term in nature, and we build our teams with professionals who are focused on taking responsibility for investment outcomes over the long run. Accordingly, Partners Group's PMOD program runs concurrent with our 5-8-year investment horizon.

About the program

Through PMOD, participants will develop essential skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, executive communication, and operations management, as well as gain valuable insights into private markets best practices. The program also provides excellent networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with like-minded professionals and experienced senior executives. Upon completing the program, participants will be well-equipped to take on transformational leadership roles within portfolio companies with confidence.
