Customer Care Professional

What it's about

 

  • Prepare weekly plans, ensure all orders are placed, and host weekly forecast meetings

  • Handle reservations and carry out various meal services, and supporting event organization, including Events outside office hours, if required

  • Maintain telephone availability from 08:00 to 18:00 and manage meeting room readiness

  • Perform cleaning, restocking, and hygiene maintenance tasks, including inventory

  • Monitor consumables, place orders and assist other teams as needed

  • Steering and working together with the external Catering provider

  • Check and approve invoices and record monthly statistics

  • Provide training, update documentation, supervise apprentices and support team projects and communication

 

What we expect

 

  • Completed professional education as a Specialist in Restaurant Service EFZ (Federal VET Diploma)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in high-end gastronomy
  • Service-oriented with the ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility, resilience, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German (both oral and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
