Fund Controller for U.S. Registered Investment Companies and Complex Private Equity Funds

What it's about

Main Responsibilities:

  • Net Asset Value and Financial Statement review of semi-liquid U.S. registered funds and other complex private equity funds
  • Governance and process review of work performed by external service providers
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of SEC and other regulatory deliverables   
  • Actively identify and support projects to continually adapt to the industry leading business requirements the Company
What we expect


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferably with a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA)
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting preferred; experience in private markets fund accounting is a plus
  • Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
  • Responsible, accountable and adaptable
  • Ability to integrate within a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse global team
  • Passionate about creating a lasting positive impact with a leading private markets firm
