What it's about

Partners Group's HR function is going through a transformation. Our last 5 years have been spent professionalizing, regionalizing and digitizing our function so we can provide high quality services across recruitment, payroll, operations, compensation, employee relations and most recently learning and development.

 

The successful candidate for this brand-new position will play a key role in building and leading our transformation for operations, whilst role modelling our Company Values. You will lead a small local team and play a key role in shaping and steering the Operations & Services function, helping us to build our capabilities, and ensure maximum benefit from our shared service centre in Manila.   

 

  • Shapes and drives the regional operations and services agenda, working closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and other Regional Heads of People Operations & Services (Europe & Asia) on projects and initiatives, identifying key people deliverables to support growth, to build organizational capabilities and driving a performance culture
  • Leads a small team that delivers strategic and/or tactical approaches to improve people operational services, aligning policies and frameworks from global to regional perspective, identifying risks and putting controls in place in collaboration with teams inside and outside of HR
  • Ensures compliance to local law and regulations in the region
  • Works with local office leadership on regional office projects and initiatives
  • Has full ownership and holistic overview of regional people operations topics, processes, and data
  • Leads complex employee relations issues/cases with support of the HR Business Partners,
  • Leads or co-leads projects within Global People Operations and Services and contributes to any global projects, including the global transformation of our HR function
  • Focuses on how people services can be leveraged to help people leadership and HR Business Partners

 

This position will report to our Global Head of People Operations & Services who is based in our European headquarters in Switzerland.

 

What we expect

 

  • Bachelor's (masters preferred) degree in a related field, a human resources management qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant work experience for a decade or more, with a focus on building a relevant network for this role
  • People Management experience
  • Ability to work in a complex, global organization, consistently demonstrating resilience, gravitas, and positive energy
  • Project management and process mapping skills would be advantageous
  • Exceptional aptitude for problem solving, data analytics and critical thinking
  • Must possess system thinking and process improvement experience and mindset
  • Strong sense of follow-through with high attention to detail
  • Meaningful participation in the implementation of HR IT systems preferred

  • Base pay range for this role will depend on experience, likely $130,000 - $170,000, with annual eligibility for Company shares and 20-30% bonus potential
