Partners Group's UK team is seeking a driven, client-focused and collaborative fundraising professional to support the Firm's ambitious plans with UK institutional investors . Partner's Group has a leading position in the UK Market with deep networks and a successful fundraising track record. In this role you will drive the creation and conversion of opportunities with UK institutional investors. These investors and their investment consultants include LGPS, DC, DB, insurers, charities, endowments, family offices and other institutional investors. You will be based in London and report to the Head of Client Solutions UK. The role will include limited management of existing relationships, as there is a clear focus on generating and converting new fundraising opportunities. This position demands a high degree of collaboration with the experienced current team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating, developing and managing relationships with UK institutional investors and their advisors
- Building on an expected strong knowledge base to become an expert in private markets and Partners Group's platform, products and investment strategies across asset classes
- Mapping out the investor landscape, planning and sourcing new demand using an entrepreneurial approach
- Understanding and presenting the full range of Partners Group's solutions including operational features of products
- Planning innovative events to engage with UK institutional investors
- Closely collaborating with the whole platform including asset class specialists, portfolio management, ESG, investor services, investment teams and the wider platform
- Contributing to global strategic efforts including new product ideas
- Leading presentations and representing the Firm at conferences and events
- Driving the response to RFPs, in coordination with the wider team and preparing compelling pricing proposals
- Applying professional and technical knowledge to streamline and accelerate workflows
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the UK institutional investor landscape, and a significant ears of experience in working with investors.

- Team player who contributes to the ongoing development of junior professionals, through coaching
- A demonstrable and quantifiable track record of raising assets in private markets
- Understanding of decision processes, stakeholders and market dynamics
- A broad understanding of different private markets asset classes, a detailed understanding of private credit being of particular relevance
- Outstanding project management skills and ability to drive different processes at the same time
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn and succeed
- Ability to problem solve with a client-focused mindset within challenging deadlines, articulating ideas and positions in a structured manner
- Agile, fast paced and ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and driven environment
- Skilled across all Microsoft systems with the ability to customise and prepare compelling presentations
- High energy; willingness to travel, generally within the UK
- Fluent English language skills
