What it's about

Partners Group's Communications team is responsible for the firm's external and internal communications, including media relations, social media, town hall meetings and content production. To support the continued growth of the firm, Partners Group is looking for a Communications Assistant to join the team in its London office. 

In this diverse and challenging position, you will play an essential role in supporting the Communications team's day-to-day operations and projects. As a proactive self-starter, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, ranging from project management and media monitoring to help with social media content.

This would be an ideal role for a recent graduate looking to start a career in Communications.

Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining the corporate website with new content and imagery; ensuring website content is up-to-date
  • Coordination of awards submissions
  • Supporting with press release distribution
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Social media content drafting and posting
  • Media monitoring and reporting and analytics for social media
  • Digital content production
  • Writing and editing support
  • Maintaining various team toolkits, internal and external web pages and slide decks
  • Contract management and filing
  • Project management


What we expect
  • A graduate of either communications, marketing or another related field of study, with an interest in financial services
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality output towards deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented project management skills
  • Outstanding communication and written skills, ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
  • Knowledge of private markets an advantage
