What it's about

 

We are currently looking for a Senor Assistant to join us based in London, UK. In this role you will support the UK Client Solutions team and head of the London office, with the following tasks:

Organization, preparation and follow-up of client meetings 

  • Coordination of diaries and agendas 

  • Assistance with travel logistics and accommodation 

  • Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders and external organizations 

  • Provide administrative support and assistance for team members 

  • Printing and binding of presentation materials

  • Process monthly expense reports for team members 

  • Plan and organize client events

  • Coordinate and administer attendance at external conferences and sponsorship of

  • Invoice processing

  • General administrative duties

 

What we expect

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience working in a professional environment for a medium to large corporate entity, including support for executives

  • This position requires candidates to be prepared to work in the office with a 1 day work from home policy

  • Confident and comfortable communicating in a timely and relevant manner across teams & ranks 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to manage expectations of the business and the clients 

  • Proactive hands on approach; working creatively and independently in a challenging and fast-paced environment 

  • Delivery focused with a high level of attention to detail 

  • An ability to assess problems quickly and provide effective, innovative solutions with confidence 

  • Previous experience in a financial or professional services organization is preferred 

  • Excellent level of business English, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Willingness to work to tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
