12 months fixed term contract 

 

We are looking for a candidate to join us as Junior Company Secretary for our team in Luxembourg.

 

  • You support the service providers with the management of the day-to-day corporate and administrative matters for a portfolio of companies and investment funds.
  • You support the Senior Company Secretary to ensure that all Board activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to enhance and update a corporate governance framework.
  • Ensure the onboarding of new funds in accordance with a pre-defined process.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers as provided by Company law.
  • Perform when required regulatory and statutory filings and manage all other legal and corporate obligations over the lifecycle of the companies and investment funds.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks where necessary.
  • Contributes to team projects and initiatives.

 

What we expect

 

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration preferably with a legal background
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English, any additional language is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
