Your tasks will include:
- Supporting business owners during the service provider lifecycle, that is, selection, appointment, onboarding, monitoring and offboarding of service providers
- Providing support to business on the service provider management tools and systems
- Conducting regular trainings and education sessions to business around service provider management activities
- Enforcing adherence to the global service provider management framework globally across multiple business areas
- Performing spot checks on service provider management activities and taking appropriate action when results do not meet expectations
- Contributing to further develop the global service provider framework in line with our strategic vision and goals
- Ensuring service providers are monitored by the relevant business areas during the use of KPIs/KRIs and other ongoing monitoring activities
- Performing tasks relating to the governance framework of our key service providers and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data relating to service providers on the service provider management tool
- Contributing to various projects, including technology advancements and improvement initiatives, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the firm as well as with service providers
- Performing updates as needed to processes, procedures, guidelines and other key documentation relating to service provider management
- Demonstrating good relationship management skills, fostering and nurturing close working relationships with key service providers
- Regularly interacting Partners Group business teams and members of management
Required Education and experience:
- University or professional studies in Finance related fields or equivalent qualifications
- 4-7 years’ experience in managing/overseeing service provider and client relationships, preferably in private markets/financial services environment. Experience within asset managers or service providers servicing asset managers is a plus.
- Fluency in English. German and/or French is a plus
