Digital HR Professional (12 months contract)

What it's about

In this role, you will be part of our dynamic Digital HR team which manages HR systems and supports all users in Partners Group globally. You will contribute to enhancing efficiency and to ensuring the delivery of important corporate wide projects.


Main Responsibilities

  • As a tier 1 support, to produce analysis and resolutions to answer queries related to HR systems
  • To track٫ route and redirect cases to the relevant SME (Subject Matter Experts) using standard procedures and common sense and to escalate unresolved questions to the next level of support
  • To support projects and initiatives across the organization such as data retention rules, annual performance, and development management
  • To enter system configuration data into relevant systems and serves as a 2nd line of defence regarding data quality
  • To support releases and scheduled system upgrades and to perform system acceptance testing
  • To manage tasks with supervision and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) / Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs)
  • To draft user guides, project documentations, system configuration workbook, UAT script, knowledge articles, etc. in written and visual formats
  • To recommend procedure modifications or improvements as appropriate
  • To contribute to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement
  • Performs other duties as required.

What we expect

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, HR systems or data analysis acquired through 1-4 years of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System), HR Business analysis or HR project management
  • Deep focus on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Agility and eager to learn HR systems and to obtain system certifications.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal.
  • Adept with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • HR system certifications are an advantage and prior experience of being super user of HR systems is desirable (Digital HR Professional) 
  • Flexibility in working in alternative schedule or shift as requested
