Generalist - Provider & Operational Risk

We are looking for a business generalist who proactively supports our Provider- and Operational Risk Management Business Unit in daily and conceptual tasks in the fields of service provider- and operational risk management.

Your tasks will include: 

• Supporting the Business Unit leadership with ad-hoc business management tasks, such as coordinating team/Business Unit Key Performance indicators, assessments and analyses
• Contribute to maintaining a robust global service provider management ("SPM") framework which includes a set of policies, processes, procedures and tools to effectively manage service provider risks and performance
• Helping to further advance and administer various topics in the field of Operational Risk Management (“ORM”), such as Internal Control System, Incident Response Framework, Business Resilience/Continuity, and change management
• Assisting to organize meetings including coordinating agendas and action points, e.g. for the SPM and ORM team
• Performing controls/spot checks, e.g. on SPM tasks
• Providing support to business users during the service provider lifecycle and on the SPM tool
• Completing and coordinating reviews related to Group Processes/Internal Control System
• Handling queries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
• Building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with team members and within Partners Group  
• Participating in specific projects contributing to the overall operating efficiency/effectiveness of the team’s and Partners Group's operations
• Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks, as assigned
• Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner with a commitment to getting it right the first time, while also demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities
