Generalist - Provider & Operational Risk

We are looking for a business generalist who proactively supports our Provider- and Operational Risk Management Business Unit in daily and conceptual tasks in the fields of service provider- and operational risk management.

Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the Business Unit leadership with ad-hoc business management tasks, such as coordinating team/Business Unit Key Performance indicators, assessments and analyses
- Contribute to maintaining a robust global service provider management ("SPM") framework which includes a set of policies, processes, procedures and tools to effectively manage service provider risks and performance
- Helping to further advance and administer various topics in the field of Operational Risk Management (“ORM”), such as Internal Control System, Incident Response Framework, Business Resilience/Continuity, and change management
- Assisting to organize meetings including coordinating agendas and action points, e.g. for the SPM and ORM team
- Performing controls/spot checks, e.g. on SPM tasks
- Providing support to business users during the service provider lifecycle and on the SPM tool
- Completing and coordinating reviews related to Group Processes/Internal Control System
- Handling queries from internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner
- Building and maintaining effective and collaborative relationships with team members and within Partners Group
- Participating in specific projects contributing to the overall operating efficiency/effectiveness of the team’s and Partners Group's operations
- Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks, as assigned
- Completing assigned tasks in a timely manner with a commitment to getting it right the first time, while also demonstrating creative problem-solving abilities
- University degree or undergraduate education (in finance, accounting or business)
- 4 years’ relevant experience, ideally in SPM or client relationships and operational risk management.
- Experience within asset managers or service providers is a plus
- Fluency in English
