Group Treasury Analyst | 12 months contract

What it's about
You will be responsible for the complete, accurate and timely handling of internal lending activities from Partners Group to its programs. In this role you will understand various rules and guidelines in internal lending assessment, as well as be responsible for close coordination with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Daily management of in-house loan lending activity
• Daily liquidity management for loan funding and repayment
• Daily FX arrangements and trading reconciliation with trading tool and bank statement
• Daily monitoring of shared mailbox used for loan lending and respond within 24 hours
• Daily review and filing of legal agreements
• Quarterly checks and fee arrangement for credit facilities
• Act as counterpart to external stakeholders, mainly financial institutions as well as to internal departments in respect to Treasury and payment topics
• Support in various enhancement projects (e.g. system testing, process improvements, etc.)
• Monitoring of bank accounts and cash movements
• Assistance on the preparation of reports related to Treasury topics
• Ad-hoc support role in case of absences
• Have 1-3 years of work experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury or Accounting preferably in an international working environment
• Reliable and trustworthy individual with good analytical skills and ability to pay excellent attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines
• Self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives under pressure
• Ability to effectively and appropriately communicate with both internal and external parties
• Work experience in WSS & SAP is beneficial
