HRIS Professional (6 months contract)

In this role, you will be part of our Global People Services team which manages HR Technologies and supports all users in Partners Group. You will work as a subject matter expert in internationally recognised digital tools, part of a dynamic and caring team and grow your career in a renowned global company.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • To Serve as a super user for the HRIS and digital tools used in the organization (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Visier, PeopleDoc)
  • To produce analysis and resolutions from relevant systems to answer queries as the first-level contact
  • To track٫ route and redirect queries to correct resources using standard procedures and common sense and to escalate unresolved questions to the next level of support
  • To enter data into relevant systems and ensuring data quality and confidentiality
  • To support processes such as contingent worker management, time off, etc.
  • To work, where required, to support projects and initiatives across the organization
  • To work as part of a team, and collaborate across the Shared Service centre
  • To recommend procedure modifications or improvements as appropriate
  • To support releases and scheduled system upgrades and to perform system acceptance testing
  • To provide technical support and guidance to users as needed.
  • To contribute to a culture of service excellence and support continuous improvement
  • Performs other duties as required.
What we expect
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Human Resource or any relevant course
  • 1-4 years of relevant working experience in HR, HRIS (HR Information System) or HR Business analyst in IT department
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with the full range of business users, via multiple communication channels
  • Excellent customer service skills to exceed customers’ expectations
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic level of HR process knowledge is essential / may demonstrate proficiency in an area of HR specialism e.g. HR administration, recruitment, performance, analytics, etc.
  • Prior experience of working with an HRIS (SAp SuccessFactors) is required
  • Prior experience of working in a shared service centre environment is desirable
  • Work a temporary, alternative schedule or shift as requested
