What it's about

The Investor Services Team within Partners Group is responsible for the timely and flawless response to our clients' queries as well as distributing high-quality client communication. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team also covers a variety of topics relating to the onboarding of clients and distribution partners.

 

As Investor Services Specialist (AML) your responsibility will be to support the onboarding processes for clients and distribution partners. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders the team.

What we expect
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, financial management, business administration or marketing
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Understanding of day-to-day handling of AML & KYC topic with clients
  • Fluent English as well as experience and confidence in client communication (written and verbal)
  • Independently delivers on assigned tasks, duties and responsibilities within the prescribed timelines
  • Actively seeking support within the team and stakeholders to excel learning and closing knowledge gaps
  • Proactive with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset adept at thriving in dynamic environments applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective and reliable team player
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Highly motivated and eager to embrace new learning opportunities
  • The role has been designed to fit the firm's increasingly detailed, data-heavy input requirements from clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders as well as growing regulatory complexity.
  • You will work closely to support the client relationship team to process a high volume of client data requests, support business development initiatives and coordinate prospect to client conversion process.
