What it's about

We are seeking a highly motivated Business and Project Management Professional to join the Investment Platform Services team, which supports Partners Group’s Investment Office in running Partners Group’s global investment decision making process.

 

The main tasks in this role will be:

  • Support the smooth operation of our weekly investment committee meetings by preparing agendas and ensuring all meeting materials are readily available.
  • Providing advice to investment teams across the globe on how to navigate the investment decision making process while ensuring the submission guidelines set by the Global Investment Committee are adhered to.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the applications and databases that empower and inform the investment decision makers and the investment teams at Partners Group.
  • Create and maintain informative education and communication material that clarify our processes and enhance communication across the organization.
  • Contributing to Partners Group’s annual performance assessment process, helping us evaluate individuals’ performance across our investment platform.
  • Prepare insightful analyses and reports for Partners Group’s Global Investment Committee.
  • Assist the Investment Platform Services team with various administrative tasks and minor projects.

 

What we expect
  • Educational background: A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial industry in an administrative role and / or in a project management support role.
  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant project management/coordination experience (internships, extracurricular activities)
  • Self-starter: You are a self-directed individual who excels at managing tasks effectively and completing them within demanding timelines.
  • Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic working environment and are flexible to take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as they arise.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate others at all levels of seniority and across all offices and cultures.
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Motivated by continuously improving and streamlining daily tasks, processes and procedures.
  • Flair for technology: You enjoy coming up with ideas on how to use and amend software to make our team’s work more efficient and effective, and you are proficient in MS Office Suite.
