What it's about
We are looking for a highly motivated hire in our Manila office to be a part of Global Total Rwards and Compensation team who will support in the tracking and managing of long-term incentives of global employees.
Share and Option administration
- Preparation of monthly instructions for local payroll teams
- Monitoring and tracking of tax liabilities and release of blocked proceeds with Credit Suisse
- Support annual share vesting event in November including instructions for local payroll teams and issuance / distribution of EPP vesting invoices for employees
- Support on annual Employee Participation Plan (EPP) allocation process
- Quarterly tax reporting to Group Finance
- EPP reporting for tax team
- Supporting HR tax and mobility team with share and option reporting
MCP administration
- Monthly booking of forfeitures on MCP
- Issuance and control of non-compete agreements at vesting / or linear vesting
- Calculation of MCP Payments, booking in LTI Admin and issuance of statements
- Administration of split per jurisdiction for mobile calculations
- Quarterly tax reporting to Group Finance
Compensation data
- Data governance for SAP Success factors entries (review of entries by local HR teams)
- Ensuring correct grades per functional title in PG systems
Reporting
- Support production of annual compensation report of Partners Group Holding
- Creation of content for local financial statements
- Supporting Equal pay analysis
- Addressing client requests (RFP)
For this position we are looking for a motivated person that can work independently and has a good financial background. Ideally with 2-3 years experience in Accounting. Background on taxation helps, but is not required.
